First, you have to create a new site with WordPress.
Next, choose a FREE domain. Select the FREE option.
Again, select the free option.
After that, skip these two setup pages to go straight to the dashboard
In your dashboard, go to Tools > Import
You can then import contents from Blogger, Wix, Medium, Squarespace, Substack, and from WordPress
Do note that some of them may require admin access and this method only works on newly made website/domain, not on WordPress websites with 3rd party themes and/or plugins.
