You need to have an exported lazyblock file in json format. You can download this sample file to test.
Navigate to Lazyblocks > Export/Import
In this page, you can export your blocks in PHP or json format, or import blocks
To import a block, choose the json file, then click Import. You should see the block added in the blocks list.
The import process does not include the PHP file if the block output method is set to Template (PHP). You need to manually add the folder and the PHP template file. The template directory information can be found when you edit the block.
