2. Using Event Feed for Eventbrite Plugin
This documentation covers how to integrate Eventbrite on WordPress using Event Feed for Eventbrite Plugin.
- Install and activate the “Event Feed for Eventbrite” plugin by Bohemia Plugins.
- After activating the plugin you will be redirected to the screenshot below and you may click the Allow & Continue button.
- After clicking the Allow & Continue button, you can now input your Eventbrite private token and click the Save button. You can get your private token here.
- Before adding your first event feed you may check your email inbox first for the activation for Eventbrite and please make sure you click the activation button in that email to complete the installation. Then you may now click the “Create Your First Event Feed” button.
- You can now add Event Feed and click the Publish button once you’re already done choosing the layout or settings that you want to display for your Eventbrite feed then you may now copy the shortcode of your event feed, it can be found on the right side of your screen. (In this example I’m using the List layout)
- Then you may now add the shortcode to your page using the Shortcode block.
- You may click the Delete Eventbrite Cache button on the top right corner of your page or above the header to refresh or update the display of your Eventbrite feed once there’s an update on your Events.
- Under the Eventbrite Events > Settings, you can also set the Cache Duration by minutes, day or weeks.
